"We stayed in late April 2026 (two couples). The description of this property: Location, location, location!! We were in the heart of the old city--it was fantastic! Some previous travelers expressed concern about the challenge of getting their luggage up to the property. While the concern is valid (you need to either be in shape or bring only essential luggage pieces), it wasn't a problem in our case and we were handsomely rewarded with a most memorable (in the best way possible) experience. ...

"Mobile Home war zweckmäßig. Eine Spülmaschine fehlte, war aber Erträglich. Der Weg zu den Pools war gut machbar mit 3 und 6 Jahre alten Kindern. Pools waren allerdings sehr kalt (Juli/August), sodass die kleinen Kids nicht so lange drin bleiben konnten. Der Strand und das Wasser war wärmer, der weg allerdings nicht fußläufig zu machen (über 1km). Wir fuhren mit dem Auto und parkten am Eingang des Lanterna. "If the hotel owner is reading this review, I strongly recommend replacing the receptionist who was on duty on July 8, 2026, at around 7:00 PM during check-in. I booked a Partial Sea View room, but I was not given the room I had reserved. Instead of solving the issue, she insisted that the mistake was mine and claimed that a partial sea view was never included, even though it was clearly stated in my reservation. "Great place, good location, could use a few maintenance fixes, such as loose tap and light switch. Overall, very clean and quiet. Would recommend."

"Decent enough for the current price, out of season, small apartment, mainly oriented at summer holiday guests, outdated kitchen equipment and in general the buildings need maintenance. Staff was friendly. The hot water boiler didn't switch on when I arrived, but staff got it fixed within an hour. In general it's okay if you don't expect a modern facility. The seaside is nice though and the parc does provide entertainment, and also the town of Porec and the wider Istrian area is beautiful."

"Nothing against the property- but did not see the that it was a nudity location. That was non me for not reading correctly. Geting to the check in was confusing. But it worked. The restaurant in the general camp area was superb."
