"Truly one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Everything was clean, well maintained, open/available as needed. The hotel was quiet when I stayed mid-week. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I can recall, a firm king with a thick plush topper. The pillows were also quite firm and fluffy. My only complaints are very minor—the only microwave on each floor is way at the end of a different hall and the bathroom light sensor was hard to figure out (how to make it shut off at night)."

"We stayed at the Erwin cabin, the cabin has a nice cozy feel and the amenities are wonderful, the cabin was nice and clean and it loved that firewood was available, communication with staff was easy and friendly they gave us lots of helpful information. "We love staying here when we’re headed to Portland or the coast. I always get a river view room and the balcony when the weather is good. Breakfast is great! You get a coupon for the restaurant next door, which also has a river view, and the food is great!"
