The rooms were large and well laid out. The location is very close to the outstanding Jain temple and also just a 15 minute walk from the beautiful Ranakpur dam. "This is not a five star hotel. In fact, it's barely a three star. It is far from the fort and up a long, bumpy road so when you arrive, you feel like you're in the middle of nowhere. The staff earnestly tries to be helpful but they're clueless, slow and inefficient. I ordered a gin and tonic at lunch time and it came after I had finished my meal. The hotel exterior is pretty and the rooms are large. That said, there are no amenities besides a tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner. The soap...
