"Upon checking into the hotel, we were told that the booking we booked through hotel.com was a scam. Evidently American Suites does not exist and uses the same address and phone number as American Inn. There were no rooms available to stay at American Inn. I’m still waiting for my refund."

"The room and hallway smelled bad enough to cause headaches and I had to keep my window open for ventilation. The shower was slow to drain and I was standing in a constant couple inches of water while showering. The corner piece(plastic guard) was laying along the edge of the wall on the floor and the corner unpainted, gapped drywall was exposed. Otherwise it was clean."
