"I was not able to check in and get into the hotel so I could not stay there. It was a nightmare situation. We arrived late due to problems with renting our car. I tried to contact hotel several times since I knew we would arrive past 10:00 pm. Arrived at 11:00 and everything was locked and dark. ..."
