I was charged $60 as a non-refundable fee — nearly double what was advertised. When I raised the concern, staff offered an apology but refused to correct the charge. I was in a rush for a business meeting and had no option but to pay. This is deceptive pricing, plain and simple. 🚧 ROOM QUALITY The room felt like it was still under construction: • No coffee machine • No blackout curtains — the room was uncomfortably bright at night • No carpet • Paper-thin walls — you can clearly hear noise from the corridor, neighboring rooms, and the parking lot 😤 STAFF Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. A hollow apology without any effort to resolve a legitimate billing discrepancy is not customer service. If you're considering this hotel — especially if you're traveling with a pet — read the fine print carefully and verify every charge before you sign anything. What's advertised online may not reflect what you'll actually pay."
