The hotel was recently renovated. It’s clean, breakfast is great and the staff is professional and friendly. The best part is its location within Mumbai: you can walk to all major sights and there’s a metro station a few meters from the hotel.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable short stay at the Residency Fort Hotel. Staff were great, friendly and approachable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the guys who work in the restaurant were the best. A few things needed replacing in my room but it wasn’t an issue. Will definitely stay again.

Great value in a perfect location! The Residency Fort Hotel is close to key sights like the Gateway of India, Colaba Causeway, and the museum, with Marine Drive just a quick cab away. Rooms are compact but comfortable, the breakfast buffet is tasty, and the staff go above and beyond—special thanks to Gopal and Rajesh for making my stay memorable. Ideal spot for solo travelers exploring Mumbai!

Great location and breakfast. Complimentary tea/coffee and cookies available all day. Easy walk to CST if getting a train, and just a good area for walking around especially at the back of the hotel. Short Uber ride to main attractions, and Phoenix Mall. The staff here are just great. This was our 3rd stay at this hotel, and if staying in Fort again this is the place I would choose.

Perfect Location in the Fort District

We were in the annex with a nice room with a big window and a view down the street. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast in the main hotel was excellent.

This really is a great place to stay in Mumbai, very close to nearly everything. The rooms might not be huge, but the staff are extremely good - friendly and helpful, especially Rajesh the concierge who is always willing to go the extra step.

Excellent - well located and priced

This hotel is not new or luxurious, the rooms are not spacious or particularly well set out. However, staying here will be remembered for the outstanding courtesy of the staff, superb breakfasts and evening chai, and its location at the very heart of a vibrant city. Excellent value for money, I have no hesitation in recommending it to visitors who appreciate service over appearance.
