"Staff is friendly and helpful. For example, I needed help to make dinner reservations but I don't speak Japanese and I do not know how to dial the local number but front desk was nice enough to help. Much better than other hotels in Japan that I stayed at. The area has many shopping streets and a short walk to malls and restaurants. The breakfast can get busy though and the line-up for coffee can be ridiculous as there is only one coffese machine. All in all, it is clean, convinenent, and friendly. I will be back."
