"Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charme und liegt ruhig am Bach. Trotzdem wären ein paar Renovierungen schön, um die Zimmer etwas zeitgemäßer zu gestalten. Die Möbel sind alle an den Ecken angeschlagen, der alte Teppichboden wirft Falten und der Balkon war leider gar nicht geputzt als wir kamen (dreckiger Tisch und Spinneweben). Das Frühstück mit Bagels und Muffins war ausreichend aber wir würden nicht nochmal dort übernachten aufgrund der genannten Mängel"

"It’s an older property, the property is tired. I had a unit that was across from the lobby. However, all the parking places are taken during the day from people that are looking at timeshares. There’s no parking on the street, so I had to park 50 yards from the door to my unit."

"his was absolutely a beautiful place to stay. I was very surprised by how spacious the suite was and how clean everything felt. The bed was comfortable—even the pull-out couch was great to sleep on. "The rooms were very clean, large and had a nicely set up kitchenette. The location was absolutely perfect. In the parking was good. We were pretty far from the pool, but once we found it, we were good. They only clean rooms every other day and honestly, they just replaced the towels and made up the bed. There wasn’t any vacuuming or anything like that. Which for us that was just fine. Just an observation for anyone using this hotel."

"Stef and Michelle have done a tremendous job with this property. They are so kind and helpful. I even saw them help another couple with their flat tire! You can’t expect anything more. My wife loves Pepper and Cinnamon (their goats). The decor makes you feel at home. The sunset view from your room will be stunning. If you stay there to see Sedona, I also recommend seeing old town Cottonwood and Jerome."

"The property is slightly deceiving from outside because it was originally a 1930s motor court style motel . The rooms have been completely renovated and they are extremely attractive.Parking is within 30 seconds of the room . Not to discourage anybody from visiting Cottonwood,but it was 105° when we were there and the air conditioning had absolutely no problem keeping the room at 73°"
