Great location - it is so close to the Oktoberfest grounds.
The room itself was clean, and the staff were super helpful and friendly.
I would stay here again!
Was a comfortable stay. Close to station and other attractions. Staff was very friendly. Should upgrade the tv to a smart one so can connect to it with our devices.
We stayed here for the last weekend of Oktoberfest. Given high hotel prices, I won't speak about value and will only address the hotel itself.
Check-in was efficient and the lobby is nice. The room was ready when we arrived around 3PM. Disappointingly, our room was on the 6th floor which doesn't have elevator access. Instead, you go to 5 and then up a staircase. We had two carry-on bags, 2 backpacks and 1 large check-in and they had no bellhop. We had to carry our heavy bags up a tight staircase. Since there are 5 floors of rooms, there is an ~20% chance you have this issue.
Inside the room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of cleaning products. It was pungent and unpleasant. The room was "carpeted" but so hard and full of ridges that it was uncomfortable to walk on barefooted or in stocking feet.
The area immediately around the hotel is not nice. It reminded me of parts of the Tenderloin in San Francisco but with fewer obvious drug users. Lots of people milling about, smoking, leering and being anti-social. It's the red light district of Munich.
The front desk was nice enough to give us a 12PM checkout verbally but didn't seem to alert the cleaning staff which came in while we were packing at 11:15AM.
The AC worked, the shower had consistent hot water and Grown Alchemist products, we didn't hear much of any neighbors.
Lovely, updated and clean hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly. Great location for Oktoberfest with a 15-20 minute walk to Old Town. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Bar in lobby was open late and the staff was lovely.
I had a great stay at Hotel Atrium in Munich. I had a room for one, and it was nicely sized, super comfortable and had a nice clean bathroom. Strategically close to the train station too! Would recommend
Property was absolutely lovely. At check in they made sure we had rooms on the garden side so we could relax and get good sleep after long travel. We highly recommend this location and staff
A central location with very quiet rooms and helpful staff. The rooms all face the inner courtyard and have double glazing so they are very quiet and comfortable. The Thereinweise station is only a block away which allows for quick access to the underground.
Room size is good enough for 3 persons , rather good & new facilities could be just upgraded! Great location near Central Station & Old Town of Munich in walking distance!
