Room was clean, initially we were given a smaller room although we paid for the bigger room. However when we feedback, they gave us the room we paid for. Room was clean and spacious. Very convenient to the main area. Place was safe. Would stay again if I’m returning to Munich:)

Everything was great, food for breakfast was worth the 20 euros!!!! Oh man so good. My only complaint, and it is of no fault of the establishment but navigsting a full bag and a ski bag ( dakine fall line, fully.loaded) was very, tough. Doable and made for some interesting turns but it was definitely different than expected. Room.was great, wster was piping hot, clean, tucked away but very close to the train station. Staff was friendly, even putting up with my horrible attempts at German. Would stay again, maybe requesting a bigger roo if i came with skis, but this room was perfect if it was just me and a bag.

We were in a busy area for travelers and close to Wiesn. Also close enough to walk to the city center and the train station really close by. Excellent location.

Excellent option for downtown Munich. Short walk from old city and Marienplatz. Close to railway station. Very clean, neat in appearance. Rooms a little 'cosy' but great value for money.

It's a nice hotel conveniently close to the central train station. The area around the central station can feel a bit sketchy (as with almost anywhere in the world) and the area immediately surrounding the hotel is home to many sports betting and gambling venues, so there is quite a bit of noise and yelling through the night, but nothing outrageous. The room and facilities were nice and comforting.

We had a nice stay at the Cocoon. The location was great for Oktoberfest as we could walk. There are a few strip clubs around so it’s it brings all sorts, if that’s your thing, great. The gentleman who checked us in was wonderful and we felt welcome immediately! Thank you!

Very Convenient Location

I’m impressed with the staff who works hard to maintain the hotel in great state. The room was comfortable, quiet, clean supply with all the details that I needed. Most of all the breakfast service was wonderful.

Great stay

Very nice hotel down a quiet street 8 minute walk from the main train station. One block away where tour buses pick you up and drop off. Nice, friendly n helpful staff. Clean. Only little downfall is there isn’t much shelf room to put your stuff. Room or bathroom. Shower was nice n updated, great water pressure n hot water.

The property itself is fine and updated. Clean, nice shower and pressure. The front desk staff is nice and accommodating; it is not staffed 24 hours though. This area of Munich is a bit gritty with strip clubs around the corner. Old Town is close, but if it was a circle, we found ourselves walking to the opposite end usually.

Stayed here for our visit to Munich for Oktoberfest. Walking distance to Oktoberfest, shopping, dinning and convinient stores. Hotel is clean, beds pillows and blankets are great, and staff is friendly. Walking distance to bus and train as well. Hotel is aesthetic and cute. Free water always available in the lobby which is great. Snack for purchase as well. Would recommend this hotel for your stay in Munich. Although the hotel was great, I would like to give a special acknowledgement and thanks to Rustam at the front desk. He was friendly, professional and made our stay great. Thank you Rustam for making the experience unforgettable!

The staff were accommodating and our room was good. The only problem is if your room is by the street side, you'll need ear plugs to be able to sleep through the night. Outside there's a restaurant and someone just keeps screaming (yes screaming) late at night or maybe even past midnight. Looks like nobody's doing anything about it despite the fact that there are other hotels on that block. Also, another problem is there's no place to hang your towels to easily dry.

The hotel itself was great. The room was comfortable and kind of quirky. It had personality. The room was quiet and we slept well. The staff was not overly friendly but they did their job. The location was close to the subway, bus, train and laundry. The downside is that there were always men hanging outside the hotel on the sidewalks smoking and talking. I did not always feel comfortable walking in the area. The hotel was fine, just not the location.

I really enjoyed my (our, my son and I) stay at your hotel. Staff were friendly and efficient. When checking in, I used a iPad of some sort and entered my details, which was a bit different, but it went smoothly.
