"No lift to take suitcases up to bedroom."

"The hotel is pretty run down. We stayed in a corner room on the bottom floor. It had a balcony but there are pidgeons living there. They were noisy and there was poo all over. The room has no AC so we had to ask for a fan. You hear all the noise of people walking above. The bar and restaurant upstairs were very nice and the staff was very accomodating."

"Das Hotel an sich ist wirklich schön und die Anlage hat uns gut gefallen. Leider war unser Zimmer nicht mehr in einem guten Zustand. Besonders die Matratze war komplett durchgelegen und müsste dringend ausgetauscht werden. Wir haben das an der Rezeption gemeldet, bekamen jedoch nur den Hinweis, die Matratze selbst zu drehen.
