Room with clothes from other guest behind the bedroom-door, smell of cigaretes which I pointed out to reception and the answer was a free beer : ) Very cold in the room and ordered a double bedroom to have a big bed, but I had a bed made of two single beds, not very comfortable. Hotel is in relatively good shape and our room was spacious. Location near playground, lake trail, and public pool complex is great. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Check-in process was not great (staff checked us into 1 room then had to do process all over again when we pointed out we had booked 2 rooms) nor was check-out (I paid minibar and room, my wife came down a few minutes later to drop off key and was asked to pay minibar again). EUR9 for parking in the empty lot after already paying a lot for the rooms was disappointing - luckily there's another parking lot just a few meters away. Nice breakfast buffet.

Tolles Hotel, sehr schöne Lage. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, die Auswahl sehr groß. Auch im Restaurant wird tolles Essen angeboten. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Münster werden wir hier wieder buchen. Der Service war top, alle Angestellten waren immer sehr freundlich.

Wir haben beim Einchecken zwei Stunden warten müssen das war sehr ergerlich da es nur ein kurz Urlaub war. Im Zimmer ging das Fernsehen nicht da es alte Batterie hatte beim duschen kam nur kaltes Wasser. .

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Habe ein besseres Zimmer als gebucht bekommen. Der Seeblick ist wunderschön. Die Zimmer werden gerade renoviert. Die Bäder sind etwas veraltet.

Ich habe drei unvergleichliche Wellnesstage für Körper und Seele im Seehotel verbracht. Das Team von Herrn Gottschlich ist zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und gibt einem eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre begegleitet von hervorragenden köstlichen Speisen in einer vielfachen Auswahl. Herr Gottschlich verbreitet eine immer freundliche hilfsbereite Art, aufgrund man ihn gerne anspricht und er jederzeit behilflich ist und Wünsche erfüllt. Ich habe den Sonnenaufgang über dem See von meinem Zimmer genossen, habe mit meinem Feldstecher die Wasservögel ausgespäht und mich morgens gerne durch ihr Konzert wecken lassen. Ich habe den Beauty-und Wellnessbereich ausgekostet und habe Gesundheit getankt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der auf jedenfall wiederholt wird.
