"It was absolutely wonderful stay for us. Our girls loved it. It’s super kids friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious, buffets had kids corners, drinks were amazing. "We loved the hotel, quiet, clean and nice. However our room did have a strong smell which I would wake up to which I think came from the bathroom but I think this was probably an issue with all the rooms around that area."

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (87 reviews)
"Definitely No need to stay on the property. Your stay does NOT get you much. You still have to pay for the tennis courts. You get one hour free per day, even though the majority of the courts are empty. We signed up for the clinics, which are called lessons on Expedia. They are not lessons and they are clinics with all levels in one group. The staff doesn't know much though they claim to. Once you actually have a question, there are no answers. The check in tells you what is on property but...

Aparthotel HSM Lago Park

Aparthotel HSM Lago Park

10/10 Excellent
"Another excellent experience all round. I choose this hotel primarily as a cyclist valuing the secure cycle storage station also covered by CCTV with bike cleaning and maintence tools. I always receive a warm welcome from Mara and Jurante at reception who make me feel at home and nothing is too much trouble. Special thanks also to Maria and her Housekeeping team who are always smilingand kept my room spotless and tidy. I only ate once in the hotel as I was out early all day but the poolside bar service was personally tailored to my requirements and good value. Thank you HSM Lago Park, I'll be back next year"
