"This hotel was the best hotel I stayed at during my two-week trip to Poland. I wish I had booked stays in PURO hotels in other Polish cities. The staff were super helpful and friendly, the free espresso in the lobby was great and the free city walking tour organized by the hotel was excellent. The hotel was also well located and within walking distance to all the main sites."

"Hotel is right on the Malta lake- beautiful views , can rent bikes, have meal on the terrace. Daily breakfast was typical of Buffet hotel breakfasts but the restaurant is clean, with the touch of elegance and Great Lake views. Hotel was great - clean , comfortable, gym had great workout machines, staff were very helpful- Marzanna and the gentleman helping us with the bikes were very kind. I’d definitely come back ."

"The staff at reception were exceptionally polite, helpful and spoke Polish slowly so I could understand everything. This is really appreciated as most hotels would switch to English.The room was airy, spacious, clean and had excellent views out over the city. My only issue would be to include blackout blinds as the dual aspect windows admitted a lot of light. I would certainly stay in the hotel again, especially as close to the old town but also the train station. A very good stay."
