"The split leveling of the building was brillant with use of light wood and windows. The house felt airy and very modern even though the outside is traditional. The use of the garden with many seating areas encourages you to sit and relax."

"Bon accueil , les logements sont simples mais propres. Idéal pour séjour avec enfants car les lieux sont sécurisés et le centre est une petite structure Les vélos sont en prêts mais leurs états médiocres. Les infrastructures ont besoins d’un rafraîchissement. L’espace piscine est bien entretenu. Il semble que l’établissement vient d’être repris par de nouveaux gérants, des travaux sont donc peut être en prévisions. De belles visites à faire aux alentours. Séjour idéal avec enfants. "

"Tout au bout du monde, entre le chant de la rivière et le silence des pierres, un lieu rare, unique. Une nuit exceptionnelle dans ce château médiéval aux pièces décorées avec goût et justesse : une vraie plongée dans le Moyen Àge avec des hôtes charmants et passionnés. "Brilliant hotel in a lovely location. It’s a shame it was only a one night stop over. Would definitely go back here. "

"Our room and bathroom were not clean. Even worse than that the bathroom had a terrible smell and its ceiling is covered with mold. I had a stuffy nose, sore throat and headache throughout the night, as common symptoms of very toxic mold. This hotel needs to have toxic mold remediation. On a side note the pics on hotel.com are not true to the reality. "

"Medieval monastery converted to a beautiful hotel with loads of character and charm. Lovely grounds surrounding the hotel were ideal for afternoon picnics or reading under the shade of the massive pine trees. Great restaurant in-house with locally sourced menu. Every detail was perfect and the staff were brilliant. The surrounding Gorges du Tarn and Gorge de la Jonte were absolutely astounding. Great base for exploring the Cevennes. "
