Who wants to stand outside flagging around with their phone and trying to scan QR codes and fill in more forms? I will stay again but email for the access code in advance. "When we arrived at the hotel we were told that we had no reservation. Our trip was a family trip with two children. We showed them the photocopy of the reservation, they were not satisfied and demanded that I show them the original email (on my mobile phone) and that I call my tour operator, which I did.
