"The room was clean. But the best breakfast around"

"The room was in horrible condition, something like you stepped out of 1999. The hooks on the walls were falling out, and the bathroom had a ton of water damage."

"Room was clean, we had an issue with the a/c making a loud buzzing sound and the front desk staff was super helpful and immediately moved us to a new room. The pool was closed, however it was not listed as an amenity when making the reservation so we hadn’t expected it anyway but my kids were super disappointed after seeing it. Overall it was decent for the price. Clean rooms and complementary breakfast"

"Breakfast was great. But 200$ / night just for a good breakfast was sad. Well,I guess the beds were comfortable and clean. The un carpeted area of the floor seemed greasy and was a fall hazard for my elderly parents. I paid for a suite but got a regular room because I booked through a “ 3rd party”. So no refund could be given since I booked through Expedia. That was the excuse for everything that went wrong with check in and check out. Also no towels available after 4 pm unless u used pool...

"For the price, the hotel was a good stay; however, the receptionist did not ask me if I preferred to stay in a handicap accessible room. I was a little disappointed by the cleanliness of the room, especially the hair everywhere in the bathroom. Two of the towels had long curly hair on them, and were very dingy. That same type of hair was on the floor in the shower. The bed spread had what resembled a blood stain on the end by foot of the bed, which I didn’t see until I’d already slept overnight....

"This was a stopover spot while traveling. I missed the breakfast time because of my late arrival time. The hotel was quiet, clean and right off the highway."

"It was the last-minute decision to stay here as we were traveling to the beach and needed to spend the night somewhere. The lady that was at the check-in desk was extremely helpful when we got to our rooms after check-in. One of the rooms was not cleaned so I immediately went back downstairs and she was super helpful. Got us into a different room and for the rest of the night it was fine. Breakfast was good the next morning."

"When I first got to the hotel to check in, the lady that checked us in was very rude. We got the room and our floor where the air-conditioner was located was completely soaked and wet. The room had a molded smell to it and we always check around the bed and the mattress was really stained and dirty looking. I went back to the front desk to notify staff of the issue and was told there was nothing they could do, but offer a fan for the room. They stated all rooms were full and we were out of luck....
