"This is a very authentic Tuscany experience. The bed was large and comfortable and so was our entire room, an updated farmhouse type building. Very clean and with all the amenities. The food for breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. The dining in the evening was absolutely wonderful. This place has a quaint rustic feel. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We loved staying at the Relais so we could drive to wineries and also San Gimignano. Highly recommend!!"

"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"We stayed in a non-renovated room, and our first impression was that the carpet looked dirty. Honestly, this is not the standard we would expect, but in the end it is mostly a visual matter of paying for a non-renovated room. For a lower price it was acceptable, and we understood it that way. The service from all the staff was impeccable, and the hotel’s gardens, swimming pool, and outdoor lounges make up for the details of the room.
