"This place was worth it, we are close to all major brand atore, la asahrada familia and ituer tourist spot. Taxis literally park in front of us so we could just call one as we go which is faster and often cheaper than app transportation. Lucia was very welcoming and inform us of whats great in barcelona. David was so helpful with introducing the room to us and carrying ton of luggages we have. Overall, would stay again!"

"女1人での宿泊でしたが、特に不安を感じることもなく安全に過ごせました。 ◎良かった点 ・館内・客室ともに清潔感がある ・クリスマス時期の滞在でしたが、部屋は寒くなく快適でした ・立地がとても良い ブケリア市場とカサ・バトリョの間にあり、どちらにも歩いて行けて便利 また、危ないエリアではないので安心です ・まだお部屋には入れない時間でも、共用トイレがあるので便利 ・真隣にスーパーあり ・ウェルカムウォーターあり 気になった点 ・シャワーは、お湯はしっかり出ますが、水圧はもう少し強いと嬉しかったです ・バスタオルは、バスマットくらいの硬めの素材で好みが分かれるかもしれません ・ドライヤーは、ヨーロッパあるあるなのか、使用中ずっとボタンを押し続ける必要があり親指が疲れました笑　結構重かったです 朝食のホームメイドケーキが美味しかったです。今回は知らずに利用できませんでしたが、ティータイムのサービスもあるようなので、次回宿泊する機会があればぜひ利用してみたいと思います。"

"Accommodations were very nice, conveniently located and staff was friendly. We had problems with hot water, and there was a strange smell in our unit, that emerged on day 2, smelling like sewage."

"Both rooms we booked had a persistent and very strong sewer odor, which made it difficult to sleep at night and significantly affected our stay. The hotel staff were aware of the issue and attempted several remedies, but none resolved the problem. Instead, they stated that this is common during Barcelona’s rainy season. However, a room with such conditions does not meet reasonable accommodation standards as advertised on Expedia. We therefore request appropriate compensation or a partial refund...
