Unfortunately, after a long day of travel, no one was at the property to let us in even though we arrived during check in hours and we were unable to get a hold of the property manager. Advertises tea and coffee in the room, but no cups......no coffee either for me! When approaching reception to advise that there was no cup in the room, I was told without apology to get one from the breakfast room. Could have been a much more enjoyable experience!"

"We booked the hotel for a one night stay. The guy at the front desk was very friendly, he explained everything we needed to know about our stay and parking etc. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Overall we had nog complaints and were very happy with our stay here. "

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was ok but there were 2 beds pulled together with two separate covers vs one larger bed. We understand that this is common in Europe but have not seen it in a while and have always had one larger bed (my husband and I travel a lot). The toilet was also spitting water out onto the floor with every flush. The weirdest thing is that I’ve seen this before 2 years ago when I stayed at the same hotel. So this is not a random thing for them....
