"We have stayed here several times and found it most cases very excellent. What we complain about is their bathroom facilities. We're getting to the age where grab bars etc. are important and find their tub set up was not very good. We stayed in a handicap room but even still they only had one grab bar which is very difficult to use to get soap mounted at the rear wall of shower when the grab bar is on the side wal. They do need to take a hard look in this area."

"First time staying at this property and what truly made it a worthwhile experience was the front desk staff. Two ladies who immediately made me feel welcome and gave you that feeling that they truly wanted you to enjoy your experience and be comfortable. I travel the world with my work and unfortunately that is a disappearing commodity. Well done ladies."

"1. The front desk clerk took 20 minutes to check me in, including the 5 minutes he took to determine that I am a Hilton Honors member. 2. He said that he was giving me an upgrade, but the room he assigned me to had an unmade bed and dirty towels on the bathroom floor. 3. The next room he put into was adjacent to a room with people being very loud. I called to ask that he ask them to quiet down, but no one ever answered the phone when I called. 4. Because no one answered, I was not able to ask for a wake up call. 5. I slept longer than I intended and missed breakfast. One reason for this is that the clock in the room was set an hour behind. The other was I could not request a wake-up call because no one answered my call."

"We waited at least 10 minutes for someone to show at the front desk. When he finally showed up, he did’nt even say sorry and neither say hello. He asked for the credit card and my driver licence, took the depot. We asked for some cue for restaurant around the hôtel, he said yes there are some! I had to ask him for name and direction otherwise, he would have not gave me any! At our departure at 6:15, no one showed up at the front desk for 15 minutes! We left the access card on the counter and left with the shuttle! At least, the shuttle driver was nice. The room was great. First, and last time at this hotel"
