"A firm favourite of ours where we’ve stayed 3 times now. Gorgeous hotel, extremely comfortable. Extremely central. Huge pool with plenty of sunloungers (be prepared for expensive day beds and Bali beds). Service at pool and restaurants is friendly if not always efficient. Front desk staff should learn to pretend to be happy for you to be here and change their snooty attitude though. "
"The Vine was an excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would particularly highlight Hermes, Carmo, Bernardo and Jorges in the bar, the restaurant and at breakfast. It was a shame that my room upgrade was not available but the room we had was still nice. The Vine is easy walking distance to the harbour, the old town and multiple restaurants. The rooftop pool, bar and restaurant are also a fantastic place to spend time. "
"We loved our stay at the Barcelo. The room was very clean. The king sized bed was very comfortable as was the sofa bed which our daughter slept on. There was plenty of room in our room which was the standard basic room for 3 people. We loved the shower as well. "Fabulous small, luxury hotel set in beautiful and extensive gardens and grounds. Good breakfast, dining and bar and two lovely outdoor pools, heated to just the right temperature. Staff are all amazing - nothing too much trouble."
"Stayed in a room that hosted me and two friends. The location to check-in was close to the apartment and walkable. There are a lot of cute shops and restaurants that are walkable from this location. Communication through WhatsApp was very smooth with the host. There is an elevator so you don’t have to only rely on stairs to bring your luggage upstairs. All in all a good stay! "

"Es war ein super schönes Hotel, dass der ganzen Familie sehr gefallen hat. Es hat einen großen, schönen, gepflegten Garten im Gegensatz zu den umliegenden Touribunkern. Es gibt Außen und Innenpools die sauber und gut temperiert sind. Das Essen ist vom riesigen Frühstücksbuffet zum noch reichhaltigeren Abendbuffet mit vielen warmen und kalten Speisen sehr lecker.
