"Unique property in a converted monastery. Enjoyed opening our windows and listening to the music from the church next door. Room very large and comfortable."
"I was late for breakfast - my bad - still the staff was so helpful that they served me hot breakfast and coffee! That was more than I could have expected! Recomend this hotel!"
"We were given a handicap room instead of normal room (we are not handicap). The towels were too thin and there were not hand towels except the last day. Also the breakfast was not of the highest of standards. There is much to say about this hotel that is good. Excellent location, modern and clean. Helpful staff. My guess is that most guest don't run into the problems we did."
"I have stayed in a lot of Vilnius hotels. Good location. Very busy when we were there, and not very helpful staff. Room was okay overall, but not great. Hotel feels nice at first, but the room was very small and not terribly clean (look behind the doors!) There was an odor in the bathroom because there was no ventilation in it. Would stay elsewhere next time."
"Hôtel très bien situé, dans le centre de Vilnius, facile de partir à pied et de trouver tout ce qu’on a besoin à côté! Hôtel de cachet vieillot avec plein de charme."
"Had an amazing stay at AC Hotel Vilnius and would happily stay here again on my next trip to the city.
The hotel was spotless throughout, including the rooms, reception, restaurant and communal areas. The whole place felt modern, stylish and very well looked after. The rooms were spacious and well designed, with a very comfortable bed, great air conditioning, a large smart TV, plenty of plugs, a safe, desk space and a large window with lots of natural light.
The bathroom was excellent as well, with heated flooring, a heated mirror, a large rainfall shower and plenty of lighting. Small touches like free water stations by the lifts, complimentary toiletries and the lovely smell throughout the hotel made the stay feel even more luxurious.
The location was perfect, close to the main sights, shops, bakeries and restaurants, with easy access to buses and taxis. The glass lifts also gave beautiful views of the Dominican Church of Apostles St. Philip and St. Jacob which was a really nice touch.
All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, including the cleaners, and the hotel facilities were great with restaurants, a bar and a gym all on site.
Overall, a fantastic hotel experience in Vilnius and one I would definitely recommend."
"One of my favourite hotels in Vilnius. Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. Lovely design! Very nice and unusual water bottle and great coffee!
I’m sure I will get back!
Best,
Katerina"
