"The front desk lady was very sweet and professional!!!! The breakfast area was clean and fresh and hot!!!! I talked with the lady who ran th breakfast area and she was very sweet and took her time with me!!! We will use ya’ll again!!!! Please give the front desk/breakfast lady a raise!!!! The room was also very clean and smelled amazing!!!! Thank you again!!!!"

"The towels were not soft at all, felt like sandpaper, need to use some sort of fabric softner or better grade of towels...the shower stall was very slick fell the first time using had to place a towel down to stand on to keep from slipping all over shower....the second night had to call front desk because they were letting some company power wash their trailers and trucks...this went on till 9:30 pm.....the next morning noticed they had washed blue dye off the vehicles which was all over the ground in puddles and all in front of my vehicle....i notified front desk, she notified the general manager with video from their cameras....I will not be staying at this property on my future trips to New Braunfels....."

"Pros: Plenty of hot water, and water pressure, kitchen well stocked, rooms are very clean, bed is great. This stay was a working stay and not a vacation. The property also had a large lot to walk my dog. Coffee in lobby is great, and a lady named Pat was very accomodating. Cons: rooms could use some updating, but honestly, it was very comfortable."
