"We were in Hepburn Springs to attend a concert at the hotel next door. Jordan was excellent to deal with when I needed to make some changes to the accommodation . The room was warm and spotless and had everything that we required for an echogram vernight stay."

"Rooms are lovely, spacious, and clean. Only problem was someone parked in my spot so I had to park on the street. Hotel is close to everything and the pub is across the road."

"The room was nice in terms of its layout and aesthetic but the fridge was humming loudly all night (I turned it down to the lowest setting but didnt help much) and there is an aircon unit or something right behind the bedroom wall when your head is while in bed. That was noisy and annoying. So I didnt really have a relaxing time, despite the environment. "

"The resort its self is beautiful. The property needs to offer better parking especially for parents with prams being a child friendly property. The games room and arcade were a massive hit. The buffet breakfast was very nice and the actual food from the restaurant was nice too. Only fault would be the aircon was hard to control. Also the shower flooded with every single use as it was disability friendly. Overall a really nice stay."
