"The staff were friendly and helpful. There was coffee in the lobby available for guests all the time. Although the elevators were large and spacious, one elevator popped and cracked while operating. It made us quite uncomfortable and fearful it might break down when using it. The bathroom particularly the tub needed remodeling. The grout was old and cracked, but the shower had 2 head with only one that worked. We also couldn't figure out how to make water come out of the faucet to fill...

"Parking perfect "

"2-bedroom condo 3 adults it was perfect. Walking to the beach was so nice and going for dinner and drinks was a 5minute drive and plenty of Ubers available we stay there again "

"It was clean - not perfect - but clean. Nice clean sheets and the bed was more comfortable than the bed I slept on at the Grand Hyatt the previous week. VERY nice, very helpful people work here! If you need something, they will do their best to help you. Make sure you know if you are getting a room in the hotel or one of the condos. I thought we were in a condo, but since the hotel room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and a toaster - it was fine! Lovely warm pool and hot tub. Practically...
