"Stayed for a night at the Epoch The Orange House in Nafplion. An adults only, 10 room boutique hotel situated in the perfect spot close to shops, cafes and great restaurants. You immediately notice how clean and well maintained the hotel is upon entering. The staff check you in and escort you to your room. You are greeted with a welcome liqueur and a locally made dessert - candied orange. The rooms may not be huge but the design has been well thought out. Flat screen tv, coffeemaker, and a little fridge with water and enough space for your own beverages, if necessary. The bathroom was nice. Large walk in shower with amenities by the brand OLIVE. For breakfast you are given a list of many items to choose from. Fresh bread, coffee, teas, freshly squeezed OJ, mini spinach or cheese pies. Yogurt, seasonal fruits, hard boiled eggs, mini desserts etc. Lots to choose from. You can dine in your room or in the 2nd floor breakfast area. I highly recommend this hotel. Great experience from checking in to checking out. You will not be disappointed."

"An amazing little hotel with very friendly owners/staff. Only six rooms but a decent-sized pool with easily enough sunbeds and umbrellas for all. We used the hotel as a 12-day base for multiple roadtrips to Olympia, Sparta, Mycenae and others, but every other guest only stayed 1 or 2 nights on stopovers. On our non-travel days, we often had the entire pool area to ourselves, but all was quiet if other guests also used it as everyone wanted to sunbathe/sleep in peace. The rooms are very comfortable with a little kitchen/microwave/kettle for cooking meals and TVs with Amazon, Netflix etc. There are multiple supermarkets nearby for shopping. Buy cat kibble and make friends with the strays who seem well-looked after by the always-friendly locals. Nafplio town is very pretty, a 30 min walk from hotel to harbour. LOTS of pretty bars and restaurants, the ones facing the fort in the harbour offer great sunset views. There's a huge free car park if you want to drive. Lots of beaches, our favourite is on other side of the hilltop castle, a 10min drive away. No facilities but lots of space, esp on weekdays. Beaches a bit further away have bars and restaurants. "Great staff, the room was ok but on the small side, lacked suitable storage. There are balconies but not available when we booked. There is no outside space or bar. We didn't have breakfast but it looked nice. If you don't want to walk up & down a lot of steps its not the place for you. Having said that its not far to the square & lively town. There is no parking at this hotel."

"The room was pleasant as soon as you walked in. Slippers and housecoats sat on a poster bed and the room was quite fancy making us feel like royalty. Great location across from a park and view of the fort on the hill. Had a nice breakfast that was served in a courtyard. Walking distance to everything."

"KNest is a wonderfully restored old building in Nafplio which is so convenient to the waterfront and old part of town. The room was extremely comfortable and well appointed with a really nice shower along with a lovely balcony overlooking the Bourzie. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and gave us some great tips as to where to eat. We were also able to park on the street as it used to a dead end. Breakfast was wonderful- they use locally sourced products and bake the most beautiful orange cake. Don’t hesitate to book KNest"

"Clean and comfortable. Location is perfect. Attached to a restaurant which automatically gives you 10% discount for the hotel guests (you have to show them your key before ordering). We had a very pleasant stay; rooms designed w user in mind - plenty of surfaces in the bedroom area (unlike some other hotels we have been to prior to coming here, so we really appreciated that). Breakfast was abundant with many options. We’d stay here again!"
