"Clean rooms, great staff, not very user friendly. No area in the bathroom for vanity products, no microwave. Body products in the shower were not easily dispensed. Vallet service was amazing"

"Yes breakfast was great that was the only positive part of my stay. House keeping not great room wasn't clean only emptied the trash/bed didn't have fresh sheets/I had to make the bed myself and was told I had to request my room to be cleaned/ with a phone that doesn't work in my room. Front staff at check in was not helpful when I told her my phone doesn't work it was never fixed during my stay."

"I think because we booked through Expedia we received a room that was next to maintenance room. The view out the window was a big green box for the air conditioner. Room had a damp smell to it and it was in the first floor. Asked for another room and was told you booked through Expedia and we have no other rooms available. Staff not helpful at all. Room was clean but smell and view of huge air conditioner and fence was terrible. I travel every other week and this was not a good experience."

"I would suggest, the term quality is misleading. This is a budget hotel that was very dated – and probably overpriced. Although the staff were pleasant – the hotel is certainly not high-quality - so, depending on your expectations – you might be disappointed. The bathroom in our room was small, outdated, and in need of maintenance. The breakfast was good, but not great – and the omelettes were processed. I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel again."
