"Very clean and quiet"

"Everything thing about this hotel was wonderful. The location is ideal if you have someone to visit at WVU. The bar and food was amazing. And our server Maria was so wonderful."

"Was given a handicap room- asked to switch. Couldn’t. Bathroom sink was very small, hard to get ready. Shower was handicap accessible so incredibly small because there was a built in chair. The room had no hot water so had to shower in an a different room. "

"I ended up with a handicapped room, which was ok. The shower was a little small, but the real problem was it had 3-5 inches of water in the tub when I arrived. Just not what you want to do when you rent a room! The staff was there, that's about all you could say about them. Gave me a key. No expression, smile, nothing. Not a friendly location for sure. The breakfast was ok. Food stations were clean."

"Perfect stay, not a single complaint. Daughter follows low fodmap diet and there were several options for her for breakfast, which does not always happen. Area is safe and convenient to restaurants and stores, great location to visit the university, ball field and Coliseum."

"The view is what appealed to me about this particular hotel and it met my expectations! Also, this was the quietest hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were very spacious. It was also the biggest shower that I have ever seen in a hotel room. "

"We always stay here when visiting my daughter at WVU, but this time I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. There were red stains on the carpet, the corners of the showers had dirt and mold and I had to clean the A/C filters which were so thick with dust and dirt that the unit was struggling to work. Plus the outside garbage pails were not emptied often enough and were overflowing with trash at times."

"in room 233 when we walked in it had a smell in it, that was coming from the bathroom. the toilet didn't have water in it. It smelled as if someone had used it and didn't flush. I peed and when i flushed there was no water in the toilet, but once I flushed the water came back. We did spray air freshener which ended up helping. The toilet did look a littler dirty. Other than that everything else was perfect "

"We had a very fast check in and check out. Rooms were clean. A little outdated but better than a lot of the other hotels we saw available. The pool was very large and nice! Very clean. I location is perfect. So many food choices around. We LOVED the complimentary breakfast. So many options and it was food to keep you fuel. It was better that high end continental breakfast options we have had previously. We were really blown away by it. We would stay again. "
