Outstanding resort!!

Resort was absolutely beautiful, loved my room being able to see the beach from the bed and patio. Room was extremely clean and bed was super comfortable. I absolutely loved all the amenities and loved the location! I would definitely recommend spending a vacation here and would definitely go again if the opportunity arises.

We absolutely loved the resort & the room! Everyone we met that worked at the resort was so friendly & helpful. We had an issue with the AC not working in our room, but maintenance was there within 5 minutes of us calling. They had the air working within minutes! We will definitely be back for another visit!!

The view from our room was excellent! They were doing construction but it did not interfere with anything. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach! Indoor pool was great and lots of things for families to do at the resort!

This property was overall nice! Home away from home definitely. The parking was terrible, why pay 20$ for parking and can’t park infront of your building. Other than parking the property and staff was very nice.

I would stay here again

Our room was dated and could use some upgrades. The tower was under renovation so the balcony was really dirty. The rest of the resort looked well kept. All the staff I interacted with were very friendly. Communication re: arrival after hours was particularly helpful.

I really enjoyed the lazy river area. The larger pool was also awesome. The food at the Quarterdeck restaurant was excellent as were the drinks. The entertainment was adequate just not my style of music(I like rock n roll). Our studio apartment was clean and well appointed. The only complaint is the bathroom was too tiny and the sink to wash your hands was outside the bathroom.

I love it. I love the way it makes you feel at home. Staff super friendly needed some assistance and they helped with no problem or attitude like the other staff at other locations and restaurants. This was the only place I found that real southern hospitality. I love it's across from a Walmart neighborhood and 2min drive from a food lion. The pools are well kept and CLEAN!!! I LOVE THIS PLACE AND IS NOW MY SPOT TO COME TO EVERY YEAR, ITS TRULY A HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!

Fun getaway

So much to do all in one place! Multiple pools ensured there was never overcrowding. We enjoyed the beach, lazy river and drinks from the beach bar. Our room was ok and sufficient given we didn't spend much time there. Our only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable and the sliding doors to the balcony didn't work. One wouldn't open at all. Full kitchen was nice and all was clean. Met some great people and staff was friendly and helpful. We would go back.

Very nice property. Easy access to the beach. Close to a Walmart grocery store. Within 5-20 mins driving distance of shopping and other activities. Few issues with the condo we stayed in. The living room balcony door was hard to open and close. Had to lift up on the door to open/close. No screens on the balcony doors. Last year, My wife and I stayed with friends in another condo at the property with no issues.

This property would be perfect if it was not under construction (which aparently it has been for about a year now) and there were multiple elevators. 22 floors with 3 working elevators is insane for coming and going. 20 minutes to get our buggy down due to the 3 elevaors being packed so full.. Has the potential and the amenities. But nothing open on the main lobby due to construction, one way put, and only 3 elevators for thousands of people.. Theres some work to be done..

We loved the pool areas. I hate the indoor area was not open during our stay, but all of the pool areas were very enjoyable. The specific unit we were in smelled awful in the hallway and had the stench of marijuana. The unit had a musty smell. Not sure if maybe all the units are different and maybe there are some updated units that would have enhanced the experience, but that would have been a great option. Other hallways also did not seem to smell of marijuana, so I think we unfortunately just stayed in an unfavorable unit.

This place's rental agreement has such strict, harsh language that we almost cancelled. We got run around by parking staff (charged our card then told us the transaction failed). Was a hassle to straighten it out. Front office demands room key cards back again after your stay. We made the special trip to turn them in and three hours later they called saying the cards are missing. Charge for each key if they get lost. Condo itself was great. Everything else was either just okay (indoor pool) or terrible (the service). Recommend to look elsewhere for your stay.
