Location is great! Having entertainment on site was convenient. Restaurants on site served good food. Staff at desk were very pleasant. Bell hops, very friendly. House keeping lacked. Had to ask for towels, wash cloths, toilet tissue and trash pickup

My family and i enjoyed our stay. The staff was nice and helpful. The hotel was right on the beach and there was a pool and lazy river . The only downside is that the hotel is outdated .

Totally ran down, carpets are filthy and discussing they have been there since we’ve been going there over 12 years. Patio doors won’t shut unless you pick them up. Bathrooms are not clean even after being cleaned.

We booked a two bedroom ocean view suite at least two months ago. Wen we arrived we were given a marsh view room. We told the check in clerk this and she was very rude. She refused to give use the correct room or even a refund for the difference in price.She said we needed to take it up with Expedia. Our reservation clearly states what room we had and if you can't trust expedia as a booking agent you should not use them. Our suite was also very dirty and the furniture was in bad shape.

I like the fact that other stores was close by what I didn’t like were the room I was in sand was in the bed sheets floors were sticky also how the bar down stairs were people check inn was out of control need rules to be a little inforce it’s other things but to much to type

We did not expect the music from Ocean Annie's to run so long and loud. It would be nice if it ended at 10:00 pm. We would have preferred to be higher up than the 3rd floor.

Fun and great area. Its more for couples or singles. It has a couple of bars on site so thats why i say that however you could bring kids and it would be fine too. Its loud at night so if you dont like that it wouldn't be for you. We had a blast and the place was great. Only complaint would be parking, Its kind of a nightmare. They have 2 parking garages but they are always full and crazy. People let others in so people park there that aren't staying in tbe hotel. I finally got use to it tho after the first couple of nights. Other than that we had fun and everything was great. We will be back!

Ita fun and a pretty nice place to stay. Alot of things to do and very easy walk to the beach. Its not quiet but we werw okay with that we figured with it having a few bars at the property. We would stay here again.
