I think I am being generous for giving this property a 2-star rating. From the moment of arrival, my gut said RUN. Homeless folks outside the front of the hotel asking for cigarettes or money made was the first impression we got. When checking in my husband was greeted by a less than pleasant front desk agent ANGRY that we brought our dog. I had called the night before asking for pet friendly rooms on Expedia. Was told QQ rooms only. Booked it but was not told that I had to call back to the hotel to let them know. Perhaps on the Expedia booking, it should ask about pets. So the woman sighed and then finally gave us a room. She was incredibly abrasive to my husband when asking for payment and it appeared that our arrival was an inconvenience. You are in the hospitality business, I did not ask you to take this job.
Move to the room. The floors were nasty and dirty, toilet paper was left out on the counter, and the refrigerator not cleaned. Now before I am told - you get what you pay for points. I still paid for a clean room. People work hard for their money and this was a last-minute getaway. I expect not to have to clean a place I am paying for to stay at.
Housekeeper Sylvie was the ONLY good part of this hotel. She was so friendly and accommodating and made us feel good for staying there.
The best part of the property and the room was the ocean view. I would not spend money renting here.
