"This hotel is great. The location is brilliant, a nice easy stroll into the centre of Krakow and near to the river and the castle. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. The whole hotel felt very clean and calm with very good facilities."

"The apartments were wonderful. Roomy. Clean. Excellent location. Reception was so friendly and helpful. The transport to and from the airport was so easy. They kept in contact with us so we knew exactly where to meet them. Great place to stay when visiting beautiful Krakow. "

"Very clean, comfy bed and sofabed, ideal equipment e.g. cutlery, kettle. The shower leaked unfortunately, it did not meet in the middle and also leaked at the side, these were both because one of the doors wasn't attached properly! However, we found a cleaner and she was realky helpful snd ptovided s mop and bucket and extra towels. On arrival we couldn't find the bedding for the sofabed, called the phone number and the petson who answered was really helpful. However, overall a great stay!...

"The rooms don't have own hot tub which would of been nice they only have a communal shared hot tub, the rooms are massive over 2 levels and made me say wow when I saw the upstairs, very comfortable, would of been better if they have room with 2 beds without the sofa bed"

"El departamento está perfecto, tiene todo lo necesario y la ubicación es excelente. Solamente que tuve un gran problema . El cuarto que me dieron estaba en el último piso del edificio y soy adulto mayor y me costó mucho subir y bajar las escaleras ya que no cuenta con ascensor. Recomiendo el hotel ampliamente para gente joven, pero no para gente mayor y menos para gente deshabilitada."
