"There was a broken window that we were unaware of until I looked out the window at 2:00 in the morning and I saw the cardboard taped on the window so that felt unsafe when we first entered the room we saw a few roaches and they scattered and the room was not clean at all the floor was dirty lit and paper all over the floor so we checked out that next morning and went to another location"

"The room was very clean and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helped make our trips to the hospital so easy. I felt like the room should have had at least one chair and lamps on the bedside tables eould have been very helpful. "
