The service here is terrible. There are lots of locals from Saigon that come to this hotel and is very loud. My room had a water leak, nothing was done about it. The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.
