"Stayed in two rooms. Rooms were nice and spacious, bar and restaurant provided good service. We are a family of 8, but they only provided 2 towels per room, and even when asked for more towels/shampoo/bath wash, none were provided. Advertised that a gym was available, but the reception will give you a voucher to go a country club several miles away. Good or bad depending on how you look at it. Beyond that, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and my sleep was sound."

"The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

"I was really disappointed that not once did anyone ask how my stay was. To add to that they only provided me with one towel the entire time I was there and never offered extra towels. The beddings were the same the entire time and when I asked for fresh ones, they said they don’t do that. The day I checked out, no one was there to check me out and it was very confusing who to lay the final bill to. Overall I was really disappointed with the customer service and lack of care for the guests. "
