"The breakfast options was excellent with so many choices. Staff from check- in to my last day were very helpful and nice. The staff went over and beyond, helped me with transportation to airport and even helped me in weighing and check-in process. Vinaka!"

"Staff were extremely friendly helpful and courteous. Pool was polluted for 2 days before it was closed for repairs. People swam in dirty unfiltered water with associated health risks. Room was functional with kitchen and small laundry combined with bathroom. Additional bed was pull down from fake cupboard. A little inconvenient but comfortable and clean. Overall a positive experience very close to Port Denarau marina."

"Overall Aquarius on the beach is an excellent budget hotel. I traveled with my 14yr old daughter, and stayed 7 nights. The pool was clean, the beach was lovely, the food was excellent and the staff were kind and helpful. We were there during a cyclone and felt safe the whole time. "

"Room was clean, however bathroom needs some attention…… rain shower head was coming away from roof, switch over action to change from overhead shore to hand shower did nit work. Toilet seat was extremely loose, and gaps in glass shower box had large gaps and leaked all over floor."

"DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!! We needed emergency accom due to cyclone our accom at Crowne plaza was fully packed. The guy at reception with gold tooth was snatching documents or literally chucking it back- zero customer service skills or the need or want to be helpful. The place is not clean, our bedsheets were dirty and it had fresh stains. When we went to ask for two fresh sheets we were told it’s housekeeping policy to not change sheets unless we have checked out. Je then proceeded to come into our room to check the dirty sheets and despite me showing him the stains he unhappily left the one sheet for us to use. The amenities etc are mot flash and that’s ok, but the couch and everything else is dated and dirty. The floors were clean and the cleaners wanting to help us with water leakage were nice. Wouldn’t ever go there again "

"From the moment we set foot outside our transport we were greeted by a smiling Mr Sikeli who had these cute bunny ears on seeing it was the Easter weekend. We met the lovely Glenda! She is so welcoming! We also got to meet Jimione! Top bloke!! We had lunch at Urban Sugar Beach Club over looking the beach and it was just gorgeous. Grace & Semesi you were outstanding with your service. Thank you. Room was well appointed with everything you could possibly need overlooking the main pool area. Esava Thank You for the tour and your presence. The views from our room were Stunning! Dinner was at La Bottega and Waiseke greeted us and made us feel at home. The beautiful Luisa touched our hearts with her exceptional service. Shout out to Nemia that made our cocktails!! Breakfast the next working was at Harvest you are spoiled for choice! Amazing amenities and people you meet that make your stay at the Crowne Plaza Fiji Nadi an unforgettable one."
