All was great…spacious and clean Shower pressure was very strong and holder does not hold the handheld shower, it can come undone and is dangerous.

This is a great self-catering place, close to Chinatown and other central stores and restaurants. If they just could make their check-in system better this would have been a five-star review, but now it is no more than three.

The walls were covered in splashes and spots, everything not directly visible was covered in a thick layer of dust. Not like it needed a dusting, but like it had not been cleaned in years. I’ve been in cleaner college dorms. No kitchen knife, no drying rack, limited counter space. Excellent bathroom, built in room dryer for laundry, washer could not handle a pair of blue jeans.

部屋が広くて過ごしやすかった。洗濯機、冷蔵庫、レンジ、食器等揃っていたので近くの飲食店からテイクアウトして、部屋で食べたりするにはとてもいいと思う。 洗濯機はゴミが捨てられてなかったのでちょっと衛生面で心配で使えなかった。 アメニティはある程度揃っているが、よく見ないと封が開いたものも置かれていたので… シーツは穴が開いてました。ちょっとしたことですが減点ポイントです

チェックインに少し時間を要しましたが、部屋は綺麗で広くて心地よく過ごせました。 口コミ通り近くにコインパーク（夕方停めて朝9：00くらいまでで1,000円でした）も多数あり、中華街にも徒歩2〜3分と立地も良くお勧めです！ 次回も利用したいと思います。 次回もまた利用したいと思います。

思案橋横丁、中華街、出島、オランダ坂といったように観光地に近いだけでなく、 安い駐車場も近くにあり 非常に観光しやすかったです。 お部屋については、綺麗ですしバスタオルなどは沢山あって贅沢でした。 また長崎旅行の際は利用したいと思います。

部屋は広く、清潔。洗濯機と浴室乾燥がついているのが便利で、ベッドマットの硬さも非常に良かったです。 ただ、無人ホテルとしては致命的な部屋番号のミスがあったのと、ゴミについて、捨て場もないのに施設外に出せと書いてあり困惑しました。

期待し過ぎました…

部屋は清潔でWi-Fiもあり快適。しかし今回のお部屋は湯船はなく、シャワーのみ…浴室乾燥はあるが干すところ無し…他のグランドベースにはあったので期待し過ぎました。あと、タオルは日数×人数分あった方が助かります！

快適です！

テレビ冷蔵冷凍庫も綺麗で大きく、まともなドライヤーもあったし、浴室乾燥もあったので洗濯物がすぐ乾くしで最高でした。洗濯機を使用したら前回使用した人のゴミ？髪の毛が着いてきたのは残念でした。それ以外は綺麗で清潔です！

設備は新しく、きれいで、部屋も広かったのでとても快適でした。ダブルベッド3台と記載されていましたが、ベッドは4台ありました。 バストイレ別で浴槽も大きめ、キッチンには中型冷蔵庫、レンジ、IHコンロ1口、食器などが備え付けてあります。 中華街やグラバー園、空港へのバス停も近く便利でした。近くにコンビニも数件あり、観光通りまでいけば何でもあります。 以下、注意点です。 キャンセルができません。今回コロナの影響でキャンセルか変更を考えましたが、キャンセルはできませんでした。 wifiが使えましたが、部屋に記載されている設定と表示が異なりました。たぶんこれかな？と試してみて繋がりましたが、設定値できない場合もあるかもしれません。 タオルがバスタオルとフェイスタオルが人数分しかないのでキッチンやトイレで使ってしまうと足りないかもしれません。連泊の場合、シーツやタオルの交換はありません。

友達と大人数で宿泊するのにぴったりです。家電が全て最新でびっくりしました。出前も取れちゃうようです。ホテルとエアビーのあいの子のような感覚でした。エアビーの気負わなさとホテルの楽さを持ち合わせたステイ先でした！

快適です！

中心地に在りながら、静かな環境。 新しいこともありとてもオシャレで綺麗です。施設側の人はいませんが、分からない事など電話で尋ねたら丁寧に対応してくれました。夜中に飲み会の帰り、酔ってホテル入口のキー番号を忘れてしまった時も、電話で親切に教えて頂きました。とても快適に過ごせました。今回、2泊の利用でしたが、また是非利用したいと思っています。

新地中華街という繁華街に近いにもかかわらずとても静かにゆったりとすごせました。 加湿機能付空気清浄機が備えてあり、乾燥するこの時期、嬉しかったです。 ビルの間の施設なので仕方ないのですが、窓が小さく、薄暗いのが残念でした。 しかし、全体評価としては大満足でした。
