ホテル全体的に清潔感があり、おしゃれでとても良かったです。 温泉は外の施設を利用する形となってましたが、この施設が小さすぎてお風呂もゆっくりできませんでした。宿泊者貸切の時間に行ったのに地元の方？もいてやたらうるさくて狭くて残念でした。洗い場の椅子も足りなく、立って利用しなきゃいけないのもなんだかなぁと、、ホテルに大浴場があれば最高だなと思いました。

サウナ好きの方にぜひ訪れてもらいたい、隠れ家てきなお宿です。 お部屋もシンプルで、逆にテレビがなく静かに過ごせました。 スタッフさんもとても対応がよく、ありがとございました。 また日帰りでも、サウナを利用させてもらいます。

高齢の母とお世話になりました。 スタッフの方は皆さんとても好感のもてる接客で、３日間の滞在中気分良く過ごさせて頂きました。 お食事に関してもこちらの要望を聞いて下さりとてもご親切にして頂きました。 サウナは男女分かれているので、水着ナシでも良いのでは？と思いました。 また利用させて頂きたいと思っています。 ありがとうございました。

立地・雰囲気が最高で、1Fのイタリアンがとても美味しかった(朝食も)。ベッドのマットレスやリネンも上質で熟睡できました。ただ、(これは多くのホテルで言えることですが)トイレのドアが無いのが私的にはちょっと‥でした。

同行していた妻が温泉終わりに1人になった際や、私がレストランで席を外している時にだけホテルの男性フロントスタッフが個人的な話題を何度もしつこく話しかけてきたそうです。 勤務時間中に客相手にそんなことを考えているスタッフがいるのかと不快になりましたし、裏で何をされているか分からず不安でした。

カメムシが部屋の中に18匹いました。追い出すのに苦労しました。おそらく部屋の掃除の換気の為に窓を開けた際に入ったのを気が付かず放置したのではないかと思います。非常に嫌な思いをしました。 また、冷蔵庫がありましたが、全く冷えませんでした。見栄えの為よくある作り付けの戸袋❓内に入れている為です。放熱を考えた設計にしないと無意味です。 また、ランプシェードの上のほこりが目立ちました。メンテナンスを考えた部屋設計になってましたが掃除が充分ではなかったと思います。 面白いコンセプトのホテルだと思いますが残念です。

良い旅になりました。

80代の母と2人で宿泊しました。少し離れた駐車場まで荷物を取りに来て下さったり、スタッフの方達のサービスや笑顔が素敵で、母も凄く喜んでいました。一階のレストランも美味しくいただきました。部屋もシンプルで心地良く過ごせました。 私は星満点で、次回も是非利用したいです。 が、隣の温泉施設が朝9時からしか開かない事、部屋にTVがない事、で☆1つ減しましたが、モバイル機器を使えない早起きの年寄りの気持ちですみません。

スタッフのみさなさんのフレンドリーながらもこまやかな心遣いがありがたかったです。 お部屋は和モダンでスタイリッシュで快適でした。 車で１時間程度で秋芳洞秋吉台、萩、角島など山口の名所へ行けるので、こちらを拠点に連泊して正解でした。 コインランドリーがあるともっとよかったなと思います。
