"Good hotel, clean and staff pleasant. Parking available. Unfortunately no responses to emails before and after stay (emails in Japanese and English). Which meant although we booked for an infant and requested a cot, the hotel did not provide one and the room was too small for our travel cot. We also contacted them by email after stay when we left something in the room the hotel but again no response to emails in English and Japanese to arrange for us to retrieve it."

"The staff were amazing and went out of their way to assist. Rooms were very clean and buffet breakfast was great. Nothing overly fancy but very convenient and organised. Will definitely stay here again."

"Location is right in the city Center. Walking distance from the bus and train stations. Lots of shopping places available around too."

"駅からは近かったのですが、、普通電車しか止まらず、手前の駅でかなりの間待ちました。車なら幹線沿いなのでいいのかも。 部屋は入った瞬間タバコ臭い。空気清浄機がありフルパワーで一晩中つけていた。 部屋は廊下や隣の音もまったく聞こえず夜は静かに過ごせた。 空気清浄機以外ですが。"

"I upgraded my room when I got there. The room had some wear and tear in it prior to my arrival but it was minimal. Pool facilities regarding the hot tub could be cleaned better so that no grime would show but the PH and acidity levels of the pool were normal and felt great. I liked that the hotel is within walking distance to the subway station and the staff was great! Their breakfast buffet was Snoopy themed! "
