不建議不懂日語的旅客入住

入住時職員完全不懂英語，難以溝通 我已在網上付款，職員卻拿著他們酒店已列印的receipt跟我說未付款 酒店的單據是英文，寫客戶已付款 不能接受的是為何店員會拿著一張自己也看不懂的單據跟客人要求付款？ 既然不懂英文，為何不會列印職員看得懂的收據？ 店員也讓人感覺不願溝通 幸好hotels.com職員效率很高，事件很快已經處理 不建議不懂日語的旅客入住，不能溝通
