Had a pleasant stay. Staffs were friendly. Only downside was the bathroom as it is open concept, if only there's a heater to warm the shower room before use (floor tiles were too cold even for adults) and when travelling with a young child, their comfort is very important. The view was amazing.

The view from the 34th floor was incredible overlooking the Nagoya Station with major rail tracks along with the Nagoya city. Staff members were very friendly and professional, making sure I had everything I needed.

Nice property, beautifully decorated, room very nice and amenities in room exceptional. Wish property had a pool and fitness room could use some weights. Club lounge food was good and variety for afternoon and evening spreads was tasty.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was great and efficient. My room was beautiful with stunning night views of the city. The sky lounge was a lovely spot to relax, and the breakfast offered a rich selection of dishes, including delicious local specialties. A special thanks to the front desk staff, UEYAMA Haruka, and other staffs for being so kind and greeting with a sweet smile.
