The shower curtain was smelly. The bathtub drain was clogged. A hook on the bathroom door would be helpful to hung towels. The staff was nice. Some restaurants/bars and stores sharing floors with the hotel seemed not family friendly. Very convenient location in the midtown Nagoya. Outside was noisy but inside was quiet. Affordable price.

Fully equipped facilities. Located in the city center, walkable to major shopping malls, restaurants, and bars. Close to the subway loop line and the line that directly goes to Nagoya station. Personally, I really like the bedside radio receiver. You may find drunk and rude people around the hotel at night.

The hotel is located within Sakae so it is bustling during night. The location is very convenient as it is close to lots of shops, restaurants and Sakae station. We booked a twin room and the room is not very spacious so it was a bit of a struggle to make space to open large luggages. The room itself is kept relatively clean and it comes with TV and mini fridge which is convenient.

Good location in busy Sakae neighbourhood. Near to subway, shopping malls, many restaurants, and nightlife. Room was clean but noticeably quite dated. Spacious room but the bed feels a bit cramped because it's tucked into the corner.

部屋はリニューアルしたて、という事でとてもキレイでした。値段がお手頃で、駅とコンビニも近く、部屋もキレイなので、素泊まり1人旅にはもってこいです。 ただ、場所が繁華街で夜遅くだと（特に週末は）酔っぱらいとキャッチが多いです。ホテル内は静かで安全だし、駅も近いのでそういうのを無視して夜中歩ける人にはおすすめ。 The room had just been renovated and was very clean. The price is reasonable, the station and convenience stores are close, and the rooms are clean, so it's perfect for a solo trip without meals. However, if the location is downtown and it's late at night (especially on weekends), there are a lot of drunk people and people catching up. The hotel is quiet and safe, and it's close to the station, so it's recommended for people who can ignore those things and walk around at night.

1. Location was really great. Sakae station exit 1/8 then walk for 3 mins. There were convenience stores and Donki nearby. 2. Staff were super nice, they allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out. And they could speak simple English. 3. The size of room was ok, very typical Japan hotel size, which was roomy enough for me - a relatively small and short female - at least I was able to open my 28 inches suitcase without any problem. 4. Amenities, welcome drinks, microwave were provided at the lobby. 5. They suggested you to keep the key at the front desk if you were out, which was great because the keychain was really big 😂 6. I stayed in different hotel at different location (Nagoya Station, Fushimi Station and Sakae Station) and I believe this hotel must be one of the best option if you decided to do more shopping in Sakae:) 7. Because there were karaoke bars nearby, so single female traveller needed to be cautious if you were out really late, however, in my experience, I still found very safe even I returned hotel around 11pm. Overall 10/10, thanks Nagoya Sakae Green Hotel:)

The hotel is close to Sakae station. It's quite convenience for traveler. but the room is so small. This hotel is not enough to enjoy the amenities of the hotel. I think it's enough to just sleep.

Can't complain!

This was the only room I could find that wasn’t a hostel during the pre-Christmas weekend. The pricing was nearly triple their usual rate, but I had to take it. I wish they had offered some bottled water in the room. Overall, I can’t complain as it served its purpose.

Did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. The area around the hotel although convenient to the subway line was dirty and smelly. The room was of poor standard for the price paid. Bed is too small for two adults.

If you like Hostess Bars this is your Hotel

For the price I paid it suited its purpose. I just needed a place to shower and sleep. The rooms were dated and small, but it had enough space to store my suitcase without out tripping over it every time I want to go to the bathroom. They used a key to unlock the door that you had to give back to the front desk every time you left the hotel. The hotel also would not forward your luggage to your next destination. You had to use the convenience store around the corner. I did not like the location cause if you would go out at night, hookers would proposition you and there were a lot of people hanging outside the numerous girly bars littering the streets and smoking, calling for customers to come in. In the morning the street was strewn with litter, which reminded me of Bourbon Street, New Orleans.

The property itself was a little old, but was well kept. The room was clean and there were a lot of amenities available at the front desk. There is a big night life scene in the area, but I never had any bad interactions with people late at night when I was getting back to the hotel. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. It was very convenient to have the hotel hold your luggage before or after your check in/check out.
