"Our trip to our home town was totally mood damaging with our stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet staff especially the supervisor of that restaurant is rude, mannerless and has no idea of hospitality and customer service. "The stay was terrible, this should not be listed as 5-star hotel. The rooms were not clean and the reception charged me additional amount confusing my booking with someone else’s. They finally adjusted the amount with all the room service I ordered but definitely a poor experience. I would not recommend this hotel as 5-star from an infrastructure, service or food standpoint. For me, this is a poor experience with expedia as I trusted the platform’s rating. "
