Fantastic place to stay! The staff were super helpful and always available whenever needed. A massive shout-out to the chef for making a banging breakfast every single morning. The room was incredibly comfy and clean, so I slept soundly every night. Wifi available throughout the hotel. ​Getting around was effortless, with a convenient Uber pick-up spot right outside. Plus, having The Waterfront shopping mall directly opposite on the main road was brilliant, plenty of great options for food and activities. Highly recommend, especially for solo travellers!

Overall it was a good stay and would recommend for the price. A safety deposit box would be a good addition to the room. No aircon but that was not an issue in Aug-Sept when i went so it was fine. My door did not shut fully by itself so had to remember to push closed when leaving, and came back to it ajar after cleaner had been a couple of times, By the looks my door was the only one like that, all others were fine. Everything was in place and there was another security door entering the hallway so only staff and guests could access. The elevetor broke down while there but there is a second one that can be used, though i just used the stairs. Good location in Karen, only 100m walk to entrance of waterfront mall. Short Uber to the Hub mall(approx 250ksh). Closer to ngong hills than other places like westlands, if you like walking and get a view of the area. In my view a safer area to walk than most other places in Nairobi, though would still keep phone etc safely tucked away just to be sure. All in all, good location, good staff, decent room for the price. Would go there again.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I had the best treatment ever as I was welcomed with cheerful smile and great hospitality. A lady called Sharon who welcomed me went out of her way to make me feel at home and made me settle in well. The room was a great standard and kitted out with all modern cons. I will definitely book here again. The close proximity to the mall makes it more ideal.

There is NO spa at this hotel as was advertised by Expedia. Big disappointment, as that was a big reason for making the reservation. The WiFi is horrible. Every 45 seconds you get kicked off and have to switch to another network. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable. Short walk to the Waterfront Mall. It's a safe area, mostly quiet.

The rooms are spacious. Really loved my stay there. Its opposite to a shopping mall which is a great advantage. The staff were absolutely amazing. Especially Sheila. She was outstanding. Very professional and helpfull. The only downfall was the water wwas cold on some days.
