Everything about the room and location is 5 star, I was comfortable and relaxed with a lot of space and the team were all helpful. I have only reduced this by 1 star because my booked car was not there to collect me from the airport and I would have been waiting over an hour if I had not got a taxi. Everyone was apologetic but if I had been a single woman or anxious this would have been a very bad start

I had a great time at Pan Pacific and will be coming back again. The staff were excellent, security was great, suite was large and well appointed and being directly attached to the GTC mall made it easy to get to additional reataurants, grocery store, pharmacy and more. I also made good use of the gym and outdoor pool.

Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed 3 weeks here. Property is beautiful. Check in was simple and quick. Staff at reception was always great. The security guards on the other hand were very nice the 1st week, asking where I was from, how I was enjoying Nairobi. Then one asked me to go get him a coffee. I told him I was late for my uber. The next day a different security guy asked me for cold water. Asked me to go to grocery store on 1st floor and buy him one. I had a warm unopened bottle that I offered and he took. A day or two later a different security guy asked me to buy them all lunch. I laughed. I said no and walked away. I was treated completely different by all of security after that day. The cleaning service was awesome. They come every day and change towels. Sheets, clean, take trash and will wash the dishes if you leave some dirty. I made sure to wash my own dishes after I saw she washed them that 3rd day. The pool is 6am to 6pm. I went down with my girlfriend to get a few pics in the pool at sunset around 6:20 and they were at the pool kicking us out by 6:30. Food is convenient but not as good as you can get from Uber Eats at a much lower price. They wanted 1250 ksh for 6 wings. I ordered uber eats and got 1/2 chicken tandoori and 8 wings for 1400 ksh. There’s a night club called Milan about a block away and it goes all night till 11am on weekends. You will hear the bass from it if your room faces the road trust me. They want $50 US for shuttle to and from airport. Uber is around $12.00.
