"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional.
We were also able to watch the Monkey Show at half price because the villa is operated by the theater next door. It was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable."

"チェックインした際に、清掃が未実施であり、前の宿泊者が使用した布団、タオル、食器、ゴミなど全てそのままの状態であった。楽しみにしていた旅行だったが非常に不快な思いをした。今後この様な事がない様に徹底していただきたい。"
