"Rooms is clean and comfy. The Onsen is okay, just too many people go for Onsen at night time. Breakfast is good and lots of choice. This hotel is good for family with kids. Parking spaces is not enough."

"Pros: Its clean, nice staffs, great service and good location. Cons :The room is super tiny and there is only one elevator, no stairs. You have to wait for elevator while when its busy time."

"1人で泊まるなら十分なホテルです。 スタッフ不在でも不便さは感じませんでした。 お風呂で天然温泉に入れる・ドリンクバー・駐車場の外出中コーンは良いです。バス/トイレ別ですしアメニティにも満足できました。 マイナス面としては、お風呂に掃除漏れの髪の毛・欠けたマグカップ・充電器です。 特に充電器ですが、Lightning以外のType-CとMicroBはスマホカバーや形状によっては奥まで入らず充電器できません。 なお、エレベーターは無く階段も一段ずつが若干高めなので、足の悪い方やお子様には大変かもしれません。"
