"What a wonderful hotel to start our time in Thailand!! I had set up airport transportation before arriving which made getting to the hotel super easy. Upon arrival we were greeted and immediately taken up stairs to check in at the club with a welcome drink (we had booked a club level room). Our room had an amazing view of the river and was welcoming and roomy. The club staff made our experience more than we could have hoped! We told Riya that our daughter was gluten free and they remembered and made special arrangements with the chef to keep her dietary restrictions in mind. Tea time at the club was stellar and so far has not been beat by other hotels we have stayed at. Thank you to Riya, Kathy, Kitty and Bunny for making our experience so stellar!! I would highly recommend this hotel!!"
